They wouldn’t take a home inspector report for the one year warranty, and hardly fixed anything/ the things they did fix are already looking bad just 6 months later. Also I brought all of this up to the company when they were doing my 1 year walkthrough, and they refused to fix anything other than the nailpops, minor paint stuff, dry wall tape, and they fixed some of the uneven flooring. But less than 30 days after they did the “fixes” we had dry wall tape coming off and more nail pops. I could go on & on about the build of these homes, but it’s just been an absolute nightmare.

The home had the WORST pride in craftsmanship & no pride in workmanship. There was 3 doors in the whole house that did not have an issue. The water faucet on the outside front was covered up with siding & instead of fixing it with class, they put a hand pump faucet instead.
