Also I brought all of this up to the company when they were doing my 1 year walkthrough, and they refused to fix anything other than the nailpops, minor paint stuff, dry wall tape, and they fixed some of the uneven flooring. But less than 30 days after they did the “fixes” we had dry wall tape coming off and more nail pops. I could go on & on about the build of these homes, but it’s just been an absolute nightmare.

Mohler Homes takes great pride in the craftsmanship of their new construction. This review is quite unfair considering the COVID-19 pandemic. The contract date of this home was May 29, 2020 with a projected closing date of July 22, 2020. The home had all final inspections completed by August 6, 2020 and Mohler Homes was prepared to close. Unfortunately, the buyer being a member of the US Army, was deployed on August 5th and so therefore he delayed the walk-thru until August 26th and closed on August 27th. In response to the home inspection, it was conducted on July 27th, before the home was 100% complete.
